Jean François Thiriet

Bonjour, Je suis Jean François THIRIET et je suis coach depuis 17 ans. Lorsque je me suis formé au coaching, ma formation s'appelait "Reliance" dispensée par Jacques Dechance. Son intuition géniale était de délier les disciplines c'est à dire les étudier séparément pour mieux les relier ensuite, c'est à dire créer des ponts entre elles. C'est là que mon passé d'arts martiaux, de pratique du zen et de la sagesse du corps ont pris sens : J'avais 19 ans quand j'ai commencé les arts martiaux et j'ai eu la chance qu'ils me soient enseignés par un maitre qui était à la fois professeur de Kendo, Judo, Tai-Chi, et Qi Gong, mais aussi prêtre orthodoxe et maitre zen (Avec l'hesychasme, on ignore souvent que la tradition chrétienne et mystique a elle aussi à son approche méditative et corporelle) et plutôt que de suivre mes études de psychologie, je me suis vite passionnée pour cette approche vivante du lien entre "le corps que l'on a" et "le corps que l'on est". Et depuis ça ne s'est jamais arrêté. Aujourd'hui, je suis à la fois coach de dirigeants & managers, et superviseur de coachs. Et j'utilise l'intelligence du corps dans mes coachings depuis 2005, même en ligne.
