I could tell you: "Jean Francois is the founder of the Mastermind Business Academy, and co-author of the first French-language book on Mastermind Groups" Mastermind Groups, success accelerators, blah-blah-blah .. "but the truth is that even if I was passionate about collective intelligence, and even if my desire to launch my Mastermind group made me say "it must not be complicated", launching my Mastermind group was a real challenge! I forgot the importance of the contract, the importance of saying "no" to people who were super interested and interesting, and I made lots of mistakes. So I joined a Mastermind group in the USA for 3 years to find the answers and professionalize my practice, I took as many notes as possible, I formalized my learning, AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN, the generative mastermind model came up and the MBA Index appeared to me. What if we brought generative facilitation to Mastermind groups? I co-wrote the first book in French on Mastermind Groups. I told myself that I couldn't keep it all to myself. So was born this masterclass and its uniqueness. It is a synthesis of my training path in generative facilitation and my hectic experience of Mastermind groups. Today, I lead two Mastermind groups and the generative tools that you will learn here have become the fundamentals of my practice as a Mastermind group facilitator, which makes this approach unique and so powerful for participants.
